Brittney takes a holistic approach to your wellbeing, including your pelvic health. She believes that the body reveals patterns in our lives by showing up as dysfunction and dis-ease and that the pelvis holds the key and portal to many of the answers we are looking for.

Sessions can include anything from hands-on comprehensive pelvic care, reproductive support, menstrual cycle coaching, energy healing and embodiment practices to help you through many different issues like:

Pelvic floor issues (disconnection, tightness, loss of control, numbness)
Diastasis recti (ab separation)
Caesarean scar healing
Rib, neck, or shoulder pain
Constipation + digestion issues
Back pain
Hip + sacroiliac joint pain
Sciatica
Coccyx (tailbone) pain
Pubic symphysis pain
Dyspareunia (painful sex)
Pelvic organ prolapse
Interstitial cystitis (overactive + painful bladder)
Endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD
Urinary and fecal incontinence (leaking)
Vaginismus
Vulvodynia
Trauma-induced pain

Rather than do things the typical clinical way, Brittney has created a safe haven for healing designed to address a multitude of clients’ needs by using honest and open conversation, addressing your core issues and root causes in each session, selecting healing modalities to help you accordingly (can include hands on and hands off care), and supplying you with tools to use yourself with gentle guidance beyond the time together.

Brittney understands that this type of care is not traditional physical therapy, however, she sees amazing transformation and healing happen even after the first session together, and when her clients are consistent with their care and support as needed.

Craniosacral Therapy

With a light hands-on touch priming you for healing, we can work together on fine tuning your body, nervous system, and energy. With a light hands-on touch priming you for healing, we can work together on fine tuning your body, nervous system, and energy. Craniosacral therapy and somato-emotional release ("soma" means body, and the body carries emotions, stories, trauma) help put you in a parasympathetic nervous system state (the "rest, digest, recover, restore" state) and are tools in the practice to truly help you transform your pain, stuck or disconnected energy, old narratives, and heavy emotions that show up in your body as dysfunction or dis-ease, such as:

- gut issues and imbalances
- body aches and pains, especially around the neck, shoulders, hips, and low back
- prolapse, incontinence, delayed postpartum healing
- headaches, sinus problems, congestion, tinnitus (ringing in the ears)

Brittney uses your body's signals and her intuition to guide the flow of the session, so each one will look different. The first session is an atunement of your craniosacral rhythm, which is much like your respiratory rate or heart rate. You leave the session feeling refreshed, calm, and at ease. Follow up sessions allow for deeper healing on any areas of your body (physical and energetic) that need focus and support.

This is for the womb or vulva-owner who doesn't have in-person access but wants to learn more about their own pelvic muscles, sexuality + spirituality connections, womb, menstrual cycles, how to cycle sync, support their transitions through fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, parenthood and menopause, feminine embodiment practices like wands and yoni eggs, and so much more.

Brittney can support you in getting a baseline understanding of your body's rhythms and cycles and can help you amplify that into the rest of your life, including relationships with family, friends, partners, and in business. She will gently guide you into looking deeper into yourself, beginning with your yoni and help you bridge the gaps you're feeling - whether that's a disconnect from your head, heart and yoni, lack of pleasure and play in your life, or dis-ease and dysfunction of your body.

Her guidance is at your fingertips through 1:1 work.

Yoga

Individual or couple sessions complete with postural alignment and safe tips for progressing your physical and spiritual yoga practice. Prenatal and postpartum yoga are also offered as one of our specialties.

Embodiment

Embodiment is the practice of coming into your fullest alignment. It's not just talking the talk, but walking the walk too. Through these offerings, including our in person retreats, you'll begin to uncover anything hidden, deepen into your truths, and find congruence between the things you think, words you say, and actions you take.

Dr. Brittney Ellers found her niche in pelvic healthcare after graduating with her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine and moved through healing her menstrual cycle and stress-induced pelvic floor pain.

Since then, it’s been her mission to tackle the “taboo,” educate openly about pelvic issues - including menstrual and sexual health - and to guide you through healing and accessing one of the most vital and powerful parts of your body.

She believes the pelvis is the root, the center for life, creativity, and confidence. Her holistic and client-centered approach will allow space for whole body-mind-soul connection and healing.

Let her show you how you can gracefully move through your reproductive years and into menopause, while embodying the brightest version of yourself.
