I offer in-person pelvic physical therapy for California-based clients who want grounded, attentive support for their pelvic and whole-body health.
My work is holistic and responsive. Sessions may include hands-on pelvic care, movement, nervous system support, internal or external work when appropriate, and spacious conversation to help you listen to what your body is communicating.
Rather than following a rigid clinical script, I meet each session with care and curiosity, allowing the work to be shaped by what’s present for you in that moment.
This discipline is for established clients receiving therapy-based support in person.

Pelvic Health Guidance is for those who want embodied, reflective support without needing to be in the room together.
In these virtual sessions, I support you in reconnecting with your pelvic awareness, body rhythms, cycles, and felt sense - and in noticing how these shape your health, relationships, creativity, and daily life.
This work is relational and paced. We begin with what’s present in your body now and allow clarity to unfold from there. Guidance sessions may stand alone or be part of a longer mentorship container.
This discipline is available virtually and open to clients worldwide.

Consulting

This is a short, no-cost conversation to help you feel into whether working together is a good fit and which form of support makes the most sense right now. This is not a sales call or assessment. It’s a moment of connection and orientation.

New clients are encouraged to start here.

Dr. Brittney Ellers found her niche in pelvic healthcare after graduating with her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine and moved through healing her menstrual cycle and stress-induced pelvic floor pain.

Since then, it’s been her mission to tackle the “taboo,” educate openly about pelvic issues - including menstrual and sexual health - and to guide you through healing and accessing one of the most vital and powerful parts of your body.

She believes the pelvis is the root, the center for life, creativity, and confidence. Her holistic and client-centered approach will allow space for whole body-mind-soul connection and healing.

Let her show you how you can gracefully move through your reproductive years and into menopause, while embodying the brightest version of yourself.
